English Translation :

Assume monthly basic salary is RM4000.
- If your monthly EPF contribution is 11% ( RM440 ), taxable income = RM3560, income tax payable = RM77.
- If your monthly EPF contribution is 8% ( RM320 ), taxable income = RM3680, income tax payable = RM109.

Conclusion : If you choose to contribute 8%, you will end up paying more income tax to the government,
which will make the government richer. Finance Minister Najib said this measure is meant
to boost up the slow-down market, but from this example wee see that the money does not
go into the market. Instead the money goes direct into the government's pocket through
the greater amount of income tax that we will have to pay. Obviously this measure does not
help the market at all. Do we still want this kind of government that doesn't have the best interest
of the people in mind?







假设 薪水RM4000，

- 选择 EPF 11%也就是RM440，taxable income 是RM3560，所以tax RM77
- 选择 EPF 8%也就是RM320， taxable income 是RM3680，所以tax RM109

tp aku tak setuju dengan pendapat bahawa duit akan masuk lebih ke gomen, tp bile gomen kuar duit utk support the economy nape tak de sapa ckp2 apa2 pun... generally pengurangan sumbangan ke epf adalah utk mengurangkan beban perbelanjaan isi keluarga... tax bukan leh kira direct camtu jeee... kena ikut perbelanjaaan and jugak income... bagi yang gaji kecik tak akan kena tax so ada lah duit lebih utk belanja dlm masa gawat nie... selain itu ada rebate and so on... lagi satu kebaikan ia akan membolehkan semua org ada saving skit laaa in terms of cash...benda nie adalah untuk membantu mereka yg berpendapatan rendah.. bagi gaji yg dah tinggi tu patut laaa bayar tax lebih skit hehehhehe....nampak sgt china mangkok nie tak penah bayar tax... sebab dia calculate pun direct camtu jeee ikut dlm payslip... padahal dia patut kira after dia declare tax hujung tahun aku ckp nie bukan sbb aku nie keje gomen ok tp as someone who has finance background and was a part certified financial planner (part tu sbb tak sempat abis exam dah tuka keje hahhahaha)

Diaorang memang tak suka rugi....Nanti masa mati tak leh nak rasuah hakim kubur diaorang...tapi direct calculation mcm tu... nampak sgt dia x sekolah... Tp heran, bodoh mcm tu pun bleh dpt gaji 4k to 5k...Eh! Ko pun ada darah cina kan boboy???
